a.p.p.l.e.p.i.e. ~Day 5~

So today we made around 612 pies in around 5 hours with about 30 people. Amazing eh? That's what I thought. We started at 8 am and finished all the pies by 1 and clean up by 2. I was a pincher, it's a pretty important job you know. We had an apple pealing and cutting, spicing and mixing, rolling out bottoms, putting the mixed apples in, rolling out tops and putting them on, cutting off extra and pinching, AND a labeling and bagging stations. It was lots of fun (Well I had fun). The pies just kept coming in waves, at one point we would have twelve pies on the table and then we would have only two.
